• Collaborate closely with the front-of-house team to create memorable dining experiences that leave a lasting impression on our guests.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering supplies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professional growth, and a passion for culinary excellence.
• Stay informed about culinary trends, techniques, and ingredients, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance our offerings and innovate in the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine in a high-end restaurant or culinary establishment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with a demonstrated ability to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
