Are you meticulous, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment? As our Accounts Payable Specialist, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our organization's financial integrity. Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and managing expenses, all while ensuring compliance and accuracy.

In this role, you will:

• Process invoices and purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile vendor statements to maintain financial accuracy.
• Assist with vendor setups and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Provide support for vendor and field location inquiries.
• Oversee recurring expenses to streamline financial processes.
• Manage electronic integrations between purchasing and financial systems.
• Review and analyze various AP reports, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective action.
• Support month-end and year-end financial reporting and reconciliation.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support our finance team.

Education:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (accredited)
• Associate Degree or equivalent work experience

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of accounting experience
• Prior experience extracting/analyzing information and creating reports.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Self-starter, capable of working with minimal supervision
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Moderate computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite are preferred. Experience with Great Plains is a plus.
