Reporting to the US Managing Director, the Transformation Director's primary focus is to drive successful and sustainable transformation, focusing on actively executing the US perimeter's transformation. The Director will provide professional and hands-on execution, support, and insight. A?s a true partner to management, the Director will act as an extension of the management team to drive the overall transformation?. Additional responsibilities include shaping and delivering a compelling agenda to achieve short and long-term goals to improve the US's sustainable performance. Action plans are to be prepared and carried out with the Head of functions at the Group and local levels?, driving the teams' engagement to reach well-structured outcomes effectively in a matrix organization. 

Primary Responsibilities:

Leadership:

• Drive the required change in Operating Models and shift how people behave.
• Promote holistic management of three change journeys: leader, people, and program.
• Deliver the required focus and discipline to create medium and long-term value.
• Support the creation of a new Ops structure that supports the implementation of strategic initiatives. 
• Work closely with the Ops Director to drive the network to align with the strategic initiatives, particularly Operational excellence in terms of openings, closures, and franchisees.
• Assist in developing a culture of service excellence and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Finance:

• Develop the financial models for each project/initiative.
• Evaluate the impacts and contribution of each initiative/project, making recommendations on how to drive performance.
• Identify local opportunities, typically working closely with the US Managing Director and US CFO.

Liaison and Networking:

• Interfacing across all functions with the US business, in addition to Finance and Operations 
• Human Resources: Change management plan and culture. Support the correct cascading and implementation.
• Strategy: Support the consistency of the transformation projects into the whole strategy

Monitoring and Reporting:

• Oversee implementation of centralized tools and processes for control, risk, and performance follow-up.
• Monitor and assess country activity and review all KPIs to take the appropriate decisions/actions. 
• Report on progress and achievement of objectives.

Education: Bachelor's Degree or MBA in Economics, Business administration, Engineering, or a postgraduate degree in any business discipline

Requirements/Competences:

• 15 years experience in a global corporate setting
• 5 - 7 years in Transformational roles in a metrical organization, business development, country management, or in different positions with responsibilities in business functional areas
• Six Sigma certification preferred
• Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills, both on a proactive and reactive basis
• Advanced level of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
