About the Role
The Company is seeking a Director of Revenue Transformation to play a pivotal role at the intersection of revenue accounting, systems design and configuration, product development, and sales operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning all RevStream system configurations to ensure compliance with revenue recognition policies, coordinating cross-functional projects to enable accurate revenue recognition, and participating in the product introduction process to ensure proper revenue recognition system configuration. This role demands a highly collaborative approach, with a focus on agility, initiative, and creative thinking. The Director will also be involved in the build-out of dashboards, and automation of core tasks, and will partner with the Data Enterprise team to support customer and revenue-related reporting.Applicants for the Director of Revenue Transformation position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field, with a minimum of ten years of experience in accounting and systems/business analysis. A solid understanding of software development life-cycle methodologies, project management, and a CPA designation are highly desirable. The role requires excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL. Experience with RevStream or equivalent revenue software, and with automation tools such as robotics, is also necessary. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, obsessed with quality, and able to influence and build consensus within a team.
