Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Manager to join our team. As a Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the leasing process, managing tenant relationships, and ensuring the efficient operation of our properties. Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from start to finish, including marketing available units, conducting property tours, and screening prospective tenants
- Negotiate lease terms and prepare lease agreements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Maintain accurate records of rental applications, leases, and tenant information
- Coordinate move-in and move-out procedures, including inspections and security deposit refunds
- Address tenant inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure prompt resolution of maintenance issues
- Monitor rental market trends and adjust rental rates as needed to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Stay up-to-date with local housing laws and regulations to ensure compliance

Experience:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience in leasing or property management
- Strong knowledge of legal administrative processes related to leasing and property management
- Familiarity with LIHTC (Low-Income Housing Tax Credit), Section 8, and other affordable housing programs
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and property management software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of facilities management principles is a plus
