The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for:

• Organizing the schedule and calendar
• Answering calls
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings
• Support visitors
• Creating, writing, editing documents and provide administrative support, responding as needed
• Preparing communications, reports, and other correspondence
• Assisting in schedules for various departments
• Create & maintain project information
• Correspond on routine inquiries with vendors, clients, and team leads
• Perform other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

• 1-2 years administrative support experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of administrative and clerical systems such as word processing, email, spreadsheets
• Basic knowledge and ability to learn project management systems and programs
• Attention to detail, organizational skills
• Bilingual a plus
