Foundation Risk Partners, one of the fastest growing insurance brokerage and consulting firms in the US, is adding a Customer Service Associate to their Trustco Insurance team.
Job Summary:
The Client Services Associate is responsible for daily servicing of clients including new and renewal business processing and maintenance of exceptional customer relations with the client. The Client Services Associate regularly interacts with new and existing clients as needed and is responsible for devising creative solutions to meet client needs as to insurance coverage.
Essential Functions:
- New business quoting, proposal, sales, and development
- Account rounding and retention of existing clients
- Collects client information
- Regularly interacts with clients in a professional and timely manner while providing the daily service to clients such as endorsement requests and general coverage questions
- Prepares processed policies as needed
- Participates in marketing and sales meetings
- Prepares existing book of business
- Prepares and processes renewals, new policies, and policy changes
- Handles questions, researches, and resolves problems
- Adheres to agency customer service standards
- Regularly exercises discretion and independent judgment on accounts
- Collecting and analyzing information regarding the client and assisting in product determinations
- Affecting, interpreting, and implementing various company policies regarding the specific factual circumstances of each client
Competencies & Qualifications:
- Possess strong detail oriented, organizational, multitasking, customer service, comprehension, and prioritization skills
- Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) SharePoint Designer and InfoPath, Adobe Pro with strong technical/computer ability including knowledge of SharePoint Online and Office 365
- Proficient in insurance agency management software (EPIC)
- Ability to talk to others to convey information effectively
- Ability to choose the right mathematical method or formula to solve a problem
- Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths, and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to a problem
- Ability to analyze and evaluate results to choose the best solutions and solve problems on complex issues
- Ability to assess the value, importance or quality of things or people
Education & Experience:
- State insurance license preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Some college helpful
