Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative at the largest professional Tattoo Supply Company in the Rocky Mountain Region. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide assistance and answer inquiries
- Pull, pack, and ship customer orders accurately, and efficiently

- Checkout customers both in person using cash register & via computer for phone orders
- Perform inventory counts.
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities
- Receive & stock all products for sale
- Enter customer information into the database accurately and efficiently

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of the tattoo industry is preferred, but not required
- Extremely dependable
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think quickly on your feet
