Job Description: Remote/ Hybrid - Clinical Supervisor Therapist

Job Types: Full-time - 30 hours/week

Pay: Hourly: $35/ hr Split for billable hours (averaging $50-60/hr)

Requirements:

-_Must possess an active License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist)_

-Must be eligible to supervise clinicians for licensure (five years experience post-masters degree)

-Must be interested and passionate about supporting all types of families.

-Must have initiative and be collaborative with their work - this includes other clinicians at Forward Wellness and providers in the community.

Preference Given:

-To candidates that have completed quality, research-based training within one or more of the following:

Supporting neurodiverse individuals and families.

Supporting transgender and gender-exploring individuals.

Working with couples navigating transitions

Supporting families and individuals navigating reproductive mental health needs

- Candidates already credentialed with Insurance Companies

- Candidates with experience in private practice settings

- Candidates should have a personal practice of disrupting societal oppression and anti-discrimination

About the Position:

Clinical Supervisors are responsible for supporting the growth and development of assigned clinicians to their caseload. Supervisors will provide clinical supervision or consultation to clinicians via reflective supervision and hold them accountable for following policies and procedures. Supervisors are responsible for promoting a positive work culture. Supervisors with FW must have a positive and supportive approach towards Forward Wellness, its employees, and clients.

Primary Job Roles:

Provide reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision to clinicians assigned on supervision caseload, per agreed-upon regularity.

Attend supervision cohort trainings and individual meetings with the Executive Director

Maintain a client caseload based on pre-determined quotas. For full-time, this would max at 20 direct client hours a week or 80 billable hours a month.
