What You’ll Do

As the Lead Clinical Supervisor, you will assume the pivotal role of overseeing and cultivating the clinical team at Forward Wellness within its designated location. Your responsibilities encompass providing clinical supervision or consultation to clinicians on-site, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures, and fostering a conducive work culture. Your role demands a positive and supportive approach towards Forward Wellness, its employees, and its clientele.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a minimum of 17 direct client hours per week
• Ensure a consistent schedule of 60 billable sessions per month
• Maintain a supervision caseload, providing support to supervisees and others in the practice.
• Provide reflective, clinical, and administrative supervision to clinicians assigned to supervision caseload, adhering to agreed-upon regularity.
• Offer crisis support to supervisees and their clients, aligning with Forward Wellness procedures and values.
• Facilitate or co-facilitate a peer supervision group for the entire clinical practice.
• Supply other supervisors with evidence-based resources and training as needed to ensure optimal client outcomes.
• Review and audit supervisees' cases for timely notes, treatment plans, and compliance needs.
• Monitor clinician retention rates, communicate trends to supervisees, and address issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with the Employee and Culture Manager and Clinical Director to hold clinicians accountable through coaching, PIPs, or recommendations for termination.

Who You Are

• Must possess an active License in Pennsylvania (LPC, LCSW, Licensed Psychologist)
• Must be eligible to supervise clinicians for licensure (five years experience post-master degree)
• Must be interested and passionate about supporting all types of families
• Must have initiative and be collaborative with their work - this includes other clinicians at Forward Wellness and providers in the community

Nice To Haves

• Candidates that have completed quality, research-based training within one or more of the following:
• Supporting neurodiverse individuals and families
• Supporting transgender and gender-exploring individuals
• Working with couples and families
• Supporting families and individuals navigating reproductive mental health needs
• Candidates already credentialed with Insurance Companies
• Candidates with experience in private practice settings
• Candidates should have a personal practice of disrupting societal oppression and anti-discrimination
