Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative :
- Greet visitors and residents in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
- Coordinate transportation arrangements for residents as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized lobby area
Qualifications of a Customer Service Representative :
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)
