Responsibilities and tasks:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through diverse channels.
- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and terms of agreements proficiently with clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.
- Exceed sales targets and goals consistently.
Qualifications:
- It is advantageous to possess proven experience in sales and business development, preferably within the micro-ingredients industry.
- Possess strong customer service and account management skills. - Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exhibit the ability to effectively negotiate and close deals.
- Display self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets.
- Show capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. - Possess knowledge of business development strategies and techniques.
- Previous experience as an outside sales representative, field sales representative, account manager, account executive, or sales manager is considered beneficial.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
