Pay: Salary Plus Commission based on percentage of projects sold.
Job Summary:
We are immediately hiring highly motivated and qualified sales representatives. Qualified applicants will demonstrate the ability to educate and acquire new business opportunities in a professional and timely manner. Previous experience in construction and/or home improvement sales is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Enthusiastic and proactive attitude, with a genuine passion for your work.
- Exceptional self-motivation and discipline, with a strong drive to succeed.
- Capability to climb ladders for inspections on buildings of various heights to check for any damage for remodels/roofing projects etc.
- Access to dependable transportation is required.
- Previous sales experience is beneficial to your success.
- Ownership of a smartphone with the ability to capture photos/videos during consultations.
- Ability to clear a background check is a prerequisite.
- Eye for detail and design.
- AutoCAD design is a plus, but not required.

- Quick turn around with quotes to help meet customer expectations and deadlines for projects.
- Engage in ongoing learning to refine your professional skills and develop leadership capabilities.
- Adapt to the unique duties of each sales position, which can range from engaging potential clients to finalizing deals.
- Assist in the collection of monies due on sales, as needed.
- Maintain and improve product knowledge.
- Actively seeking out and establishing rapport with potential clients.
- Effectively presenting, promoting, and selling our products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Conducting comprehensive cost-benefit and needs analyses for clients to meet their specific requirements.
- Maintaining client satisfaction by showcasing reliable knowledge of the construction industry.
Education and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent—college preferred
- Valid driver license and insurable driving record.
- Self-motivated
- Basic computer skills
- Strong analytical and math skills
- Strong communication skills
- Professional appearance, good language and social skills.
Experience
- Sales: 3 to 6 years (Required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (Required)
Work Location:
- Mix of in the field and in the office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15,000.00 - $25,000.00 per year
Compensation package:
- Commission pay

- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
Travel requirement:
- Up to 50% travel
