Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our Independent Sales Team based in Colorado Springs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.

● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns.

● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

● Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams.

Requirements:

● Proven experience as a Sales Representative or relevant role.

● Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.

● Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships.

● Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.

● Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.

● Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills.

● Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs.

● Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

● Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
