Position: Executive Assistant
The Executive Assistant position is responsible for providing support to the CEO and Executives of Foley Products Company, LLC. This position oversees a wide variety of complex and confidential situations and resolves conflicts involving administration, vendor management and business priorities of the office. The Executive Assistant will also partner with business leaders both internal and external to drive projects, meetings, and initiatives. Strong organization and communication skills are required, along with knowledge of both the Company and Industry, ability to multitask and prioritize large volumes of incoming materials and requests. Function requires a high degree of diplomacy, tact, teamwork, and confidentiality. This person will exercise discretion and independent judgement with respect to matters of significance that are related to management and operation of the business.
