Purpose & Objectives:
As a Machine Operator at Foley Products, your primary responsibility is to efficiently operate the control station and header cart to ensure the smooth production of high-quality concrete products. You will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and optimal functioning of the machinery, ensuring the consistent quality of concrete batches, and inspecting wire cages/reinforcements. Your objective will be to meet production schedule targets while consistently producing top-notch products and promptly resolving any basic technical issues that may arise.

Shifts / Hours:

• Monday to Friday (weekends as needed)
• 50 - 60 hours / week

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate the control station and header cart in a safe and efficient manner.
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure the good working order of the machinery.
• Monitor and ensure the quality of concrete batches produced.
• Inspect wire cages and reinforcements for compliance with quality standards.
• Supply the machine with necessary components to facilitate uninterrupted production.
• Meet production schedule numbers by adhering to operational timelines and targets.
• Consistently produce high-quality products that meet company standards.
• Solve basic technical problems that may arise during operations.

• Basic proficiency in English for effective communication.
• Previous experience in machine operation, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to work collaboratively with coworkers and supervisors to achieve production goals.
• Quick thinker with the flexibility to adapt to changing production demands.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
