Position – Human Resources Training and Development Specialist
Location: Torrance, CA
Responsibilities
- Identify and assess training needs within a company.
- Conduct annual training and development programs and objectives.
- Obtain and/or develops effective training materials utilizing a variety of media.
- Plan, organize, facilitate for employee development and training procedures.
- Set up a company wise training program and train for new hires and employees.
- Audit and assessing learning and development needs.
- Monitor organizational performance improvements.
- Coordinate and assign training across the organization.
- Provide guidance on the organizations training.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a HR Specialist or similar role
- Demonstrated knowledge of employment law
- Outstanding interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualifications
- Korean/English bilingual
- Ability to work under fast paced environment and pressure
- Ability to multi-task
The base pay range for this role is between $75,000 ~ $85,000/Year, and your base pay will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
