FLUXX is Hiring a Remote Technical Support Analyst

Fluxx is seeking a bright, articulate, and detail-oriented individual eager to enhance our customer and community experience. As a pivotal element of our mission, a Technical Support Analyst provides professional and friendly support, ensuring customer satisfaction with Fluxx products. This role demands an adaptable problem-solver ready to assist customers through a variety of challenges via video, email, and helpdesk systems. Utilizing an array of software tools, analysts will navigate accounts, research policies, and communicate effective solutions in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional support, troubleshooting issues and providing solutions with a customer-first approach.
  • Communicate effectively across multiple channels, including video, email, and helpdesk systems.
  • Develop in-depth product knowledge to distinguish between genuine production bugs and other technical queries.
  • Engage in collaborative problem-solving, working closely with the US and Europe-based Support teams, reporting directly to the Director of Support.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to complex issue resolutions with colleagues and customers.
  • Ideal candidates will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a knack for creative problem-solving, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international team environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and product updates is essential.

The ideal candidate: 

  • Technical Support Experience: 1-2 years in helpdesk with a record of solving technical issues and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrates patience, positivity, and customer focus, with proven ability to build strong relationships.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with a logical approach to resolving customer issues quickly.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledgeable in HTML/CSS, with a preference for those experienced in SaaS, CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk), and tools like Jira.
  • Time Management and Autonomy: Excellent at prioritizing tasks, results-oriented, and capable of independent work to meet deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Experienced in working with cross-functional teams, contributing to a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and Curiosity: Technically curious, comfortable with various platforms, and adaptable to change.

Salary:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $55,000-$60,000. This position is eligible for target-based commissions. The base pay range is subject to change in the future. 

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to (a) location; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience. 

Fluxx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.
