Floss Dental PC is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Staten Island, NY

Friendly environment !

availability for Tuesday and Friday is a must. Monday and Wednesday also available

Duties-
- Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for patients
- Verify insurance coverage and collect necessary patient information
- Maintain patient records and update as necessary
- Assist with billing and payment processing
- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications
- Previous experience working in a dental office or medical receptionist role preferred but not necessary
- Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is a plus
- Proficient in using dental office software such as Dentrix or OpenDental
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of medical scheduling and appointment management

Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour
