Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. As a Bilingual Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers in both English and Spanish. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are fluent in both languages and have a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

Duties:
- Communicate effectively with customers in both English and Spanish, ensuring their needs are met
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution
- Analyze customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions or escalate to the appropriate department
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and process orders

Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
- Sales experience is a plus

Pay: $46,133.00 - $65,405.00 per year
