```Responsibilities:```
- Answer incoming calls from patients and provide assistance with inquiries or concerns
- Conduct outbound calls to schedule appointments and follow up with patients
- Enter and update patient information accurately in the system
- Provide information on healthcare services, insurance coverage, and billing inquiries
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other team members to ensure excellent patient care
- Meet performance goals and targets set by the company
```Requirements:```
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environment preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; in Spanish is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
- Proficient in data entry and computer navigation
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Empathetic and compassionate attitude towards patients
- Sales experience is a plus
