Duties:
- Assist healthcare professionals in providing patient care and support.
- Perform basic medical procedures, such as taking vital signs, setting up for procedures
- Prepare examination rooms.
- Document patient information, medical history, and treatment plans accurately.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle administrative tasks.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients by addressing their concerns and answering their questions.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure smooth operations in the medical facility.
Requirements:
- Anatomy knowledge: Understanding of human anatomy and physiology.
- Patient service: Ability to provide compassionate care and excellent customer service to patients.
- Basic life support: Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or willingness to obtain it.
- Medical administrative support: Proficiency in medical office procedures and administrative tasks.
- Medical terminology: Familiarity with medical terminology and ability to accurately document patient information.
- Vital signs: Knowledge and experience in measuring and recording vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse rate, and temperature.
- Hospital experience: Previous experience working in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not required.
- Patient care: Ability to assist with patient care activities under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
