Position Description
The Event Operations Manager will manage our New Business segment through the planning and execution of events related to youth, music and soccer. They will assist heavily in execution of all our recurring events, including the Pop Tarts Bowl and the Cheez-It Citrus Bowl. This position reports directly to the Senior Director of Event Operations.

FCS is looking for the ULTIMATE TEAM PLAYER, a detail-oriented self-starter who possesses excellent writing, proofreading, and computer skills. Strong time management, organizational skills, problem-solving and the ability to get things done under pressure are essential. This person will interact with a variety of people and represent FCS accordingly.

This position requires at least forty hours per week and the willingness and ability to work overtime, nights and weekends, including the December holiday season according to the Florida Citrus Sports event schedule. The successful candidate will be required to successfully complete a background check and motor vehicle driving check.
