The Field Marketing Manager is responsible for working directly with Flexe's marketing, sales and account management teams to develop and execute field marketing strategies that attract, retain and grow accounts. This role will report to the Director of Marketing. In addition, this role will support demand generation and account-based marketing programs and work closely with Sales and Marketing to create and execute innovative experiences that engage our prospects and customers to drive maximum ROI.

The salary range for this role is $97,700 to $113,900 depending, in part, on candidate location. Recruiting will confirm the specific range for the candidate location in the initial phone screen. All employees receive company equity as part of their compensation package. As part of our pay for performance based pay program, this role is eligible to potentially receive merit bonuses of up to 15% of base salary for exceeding expectations. |
