All flexes are equipped with a solar-powered ventilation system, temperature & humidity sensors and a GPS, constantly tracking and recording the storage conditions within each of our trailers.
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Office Manager/Administrator with a background in bookkeeping or accounting to join our team. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and demonstrate proficiency in managing office operations.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Handle general administrative tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing office supplies.
- Utilize their knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting to assist with some financial matters.
- Process invoices, receipts, and other financial transactions in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with financial and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Office Manager/Administrator
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in relevant QuickBooks online.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
