• Assist sale representatives with various sales tasks including managing the customers paperwork from start to finish
• Manage accounts by providing excellent customer service
• Process orders from clients
• Process returns from clients
• Set up new accounts
• Maintain accounts by updating insurance, credit limits, etc.
• Understand Salesforce and manage all cases through Salesforce
• Answer all inbound customer phone calls
• Run various reports for sales team and managers
• Assist customers with problems
• Register vehicles
• Communicate with other departments to update clients on transportation, payment status, damages, GPS, plates, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and self-management skills
• Organized with attention to detail
• Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and interact with all levels of the organization
• Excellent at time management

• Willingness to learn internal software

• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• 2-3 years of experience in an office/customer service environment
