The Opportunity

The Customer Experience Manager serves a critical function on our team – making sure that our front-line customer service team provides our customers with top-notch service. We train internally and need a hands-on manager that can lead the department, set and achieve team goals, and drive the team to produce outstanding results. This position oversees a team of customer care representatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $50,000-75,000 annual salary Performance Bonus
  • Health Insurance (with a fully company-paid option), dental, vision, and life insurance
  • 2 weeks of PTO
  • 6 paid holidays 1 PTO Day in your birthday month

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for hiring, training, motivating, and coaching customer service representatives
  • Scheduling for a team of 6 with both weekday and weekend requirements
  • Develop objectives and goals for the team’s day-to-day activities based on need and availability
  • Create and contribute to a fun and motivated working team by creating working challenges, games, and interactive team building.
  • Collect and analyze metrics, KPIs, and reports (sales rates, percentage close rates, customer service metrics, etc.) to drive informed decision-making and team direction.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior contact center management
  • Shift-based team scheduling experience
  • Process development experience
  • Call script writing experience

Requirements

  • 2 years of managing a customer-facing team of at least 5 direct reports
  • 4 years of customer-facing experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to undergo background and drug tests in accordance with state and federal law

Schedule: 7 AM - 5 PM, Monday - Friday, with occasional after-hours and weekend availability.

Location: 4236 Rivers Ave, North Charleston, SC
