As the Assistant Fitness Director, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our fitness center alongside our Fitness Director.

**Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate closely with the Fitness Director to manage the Training Department effectively.

- Drive personal training sales through strategic pricing and innovative marketing.

- Lead the charge in recruiting and retaining clients for personal training sessions.

- Develop and implement cutting-edge fitness programs tailored to our diverse membership base.

- Provide guidance, training, and supervision to our passionate team of fitness staff.

- Maintain impeccable standards of cleanliness, safety, and maintenance within our facility.

- Actively monitor member satisfaction and address any concerns promptly and professionally.

- Foster a culture of wellness and collaboration across departments to enhance the overall member experience.

**Requirements:**

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with members and staff effectively.

- Strong background in program development and training within the fitness industry.

- In-depth knowledge of fitness equipment, techniques, and industry trends.

- Experience in recruiting, training, and managing fitness staff.

- Familiarity with wireless sales strategies is a plus.

- Capacity to develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for staff development.

Pay: $49,703.00 - $53,719.00 per year
