Job Description· Responsible for answering inbound customer service calls related to patient authorization questions for surgeries· Answering calls regarding Pre-cert to general status· Answer inbound customer service calls and make some outbound follow-up calls in a professional, service-oriented manner· Answer the calls timely without drops/abandons· Assist the caller with their questions, concerns, or problems with a focus on first-call resolution· Facilitate resolution by referring the matter to the issue/content expert· Will be up to 80 calls a day· Handle inbound calls from providers can start at pre-certification to status questionsWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
