Job Title: Accounts Payable Clerk/Customer Service Representative (Part-Time Temporary)
Location: Wilmington, DE 19801
Job Type: Part-Time Temporary (20 hours per week)
Duration: Immediate need; Length of assignment is unknown but could be at least 3 months or longer.
Schedule: Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Onsite or Remote: Position will be reporting 100% onsite, and vaccination is NOT required.
Pay Rate: $20 to $23 per hour
Interview Process: 1 round virtual interview.
Responsibilities:
- Process invoices received for payment.
- Resolve issues related to accounts payable and vendors.
- Review vendor statements, add vendors, obtain W-9 forms, and communicate with vendors.
- Answering phones, assisting customers, retrieving and answering phone messages, and entering daily transient deposits.
- Scan and organize documents as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in accounts payable and customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage or Great Plains is a plus.
Job Types: Part-time, Contract, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
