Zing Recruiting is partnering with a global company that manufactures, distributes, and handles printing equipment and processes mail needs for clients. This is a Customer Service Representative role at a company who uses the printing equipment, and the candidate will be heavily involved in the mailroom, checking the printers to ensure the paper tray is full and preparing items for shipment.
The Customer Service Representative has a schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm. The Customer Service Representative will join a great company that offers growth potential and cares about their employees.
Responsibilities:
· Receive, sort, and deliver mail.
· Respond to customer requests.
· Prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests.
· Process and monitor inventory and operate pallet jack to retrieve merchandise.
Requirements:
· High School Diploma or GED
· Mailroom services including shipping and receiving.
· Computer skills/technical knowledge.
· Customer service experience.
