Job Impact

Health care is an around-the-clock industry. As a member of Ro Health's After-Hours Support Team, you will be an extension of our office teams and help maintain the high level of service we deliver our Clients and Providers. You will be responsible for the crucial functions of scheduling and preparing employees for their assignments caring for medically fragile children, needy populations and elderly patients. This means dealing with urgent and often stressful situations regularly. You will also play a large part in a variety of important office functions like journaling communications and resolving minor issues.

Job Duties

  • Weekend/after-hours staffing and scheduling coordination
  • Review email messages and voicemails and complete necessary follow-up item
  • Deal with regular urgent and stressful situations with poise and patience
  • Confirming availability and schedules of Per Diem Healthcare Providers
  • Documenting each call and reporting to branch offices
  • Master and utilize our Customer Relationship Management and scheduling software
  • Attend regular team meetings to help with team-building and performance improvement
  • Special projects as needed

  • Experience with CRM or Scheduling Technologies is a big plus!
  • At least one year of Healthcare Experience or as a Patient Care Management or Customer Service Representative
  • Education: High School Diploma or Higher

Required Schedule

  • We currently have three openings with different schedules. If applying, please expect to work nights and weekends on a regular basis.
  • Availability for additional coverage as needed
  • Must be available during Holidays that fall within scheduled days
  • Must have reliable internet and be in an area with strong cell phone service
  • Must be available for 4-6 weeks of paid training on weekday afternoons

Compensation

  • $15/hour
  • 401K with a 4% Employer Match
  • Paid Training
