First Call Professional Services is Hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician Near Franklin, IN

Industrial Maintenance Technician needed in Franklin, IN .
3rd Shift 11pm to 7:30am, weekends and overtime if necessary.
Every other weekend rotating schedule.
Base pay will be $23.97 based on skill can be hire
  • Knowledge of PLC ladder logic
  • Knowledge of basic electrical systems and controls
  • Knowledge of pneumatic / hydraulic systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of electric, pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical diagrams.
  • Knowledge of OMRON PLC preferred.
  • Troubleshoot and repair production machinery.
  • Ensure since of urgency on getting the line running.
  • Ensure lockout/ tag out procedures are followed.
  • Complete preventative maintenance orders on machinery
  • Assist / complete special projects as given by supervisors with limited supervision.
  • Assist in spare parts issue and inventory control.
  • Maintain all maintenance areas per 5S and safety.
  • Major and minor repair of auxiliary equipment to include but not limited to: PLC, Pneumatics, Hydraulics, 24vdc discrete I/O and mechanical repairs.
  • Complete any required preventative maintenance and scheduled workers.
