FireHydrant is Hiring a Remote Senior Demand Generation Manager

About the role

FireHydrant is excited to be hiring our first Sr. Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will run point on performance marketing and demand generation strategies to support our rapid growth and work alongside a team of product, content, and growth marketers.

The work you’ll do

  • Take end-to-end ownership and accountability for campaign planning and execution of demand generation strategies to drive sales opportunities and achieve pipeline targets.
  • Lead performance marketing across mediums such as Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit. 
  • Leverage appropriate campaign channel strategies, including paid advertising, content marketing, email marketing, lead nurturing, and webinars.
  • Partner on lead scoring, custom landing page builds, webinars, and email campaigns.
  • Work closely with content and product marketing teams to integrate company and product messaging into campaigns.
  • Manage campaigns to ensure optimal performance with a focus on improving return on investment and efficient allocation of spend.
  • Own campaign reporting and optimization, defining KPIs and adapting tactics to optimize opportunity creation and pipeline revenue.
  • Coordinate tactics with internal teams (Marketing, BDR, Sales) and external contractors, vendors, and agencies on a campaign-by-campaign basis.

What we’re looking for

  • 3 years experience in a Performance Marketing or Demand Generation role. 
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of growth stage startups 
    • Strong preference for experience marketing to a developer or engineering audience
  • A team player who understands that in order to win, we all have to cross the finish line together.
  • Extreme ownership of their domain and can be leaned on heavily as the subject matter expert.
  • Loves data and lives inside website analytics tools like PostHog and Google Analytics.
  • Comfortable in Salesforce and can speak the language to our sales team 
  • Bold ideas and confidently expresses them.
  • A marketer who wmbraces unconventional approaches, consistently thinking outside the box to bring fresh perspectives to problem-solving.

Compensation

FireHydrant believes that everyone should be compensated fairly and we strive for transparency within our organization and the industry. We set our salaries at the 75th percentile of pay for the San Francisco market using compensation data from hundreds of companies at our stage. Additionally, everyone in a given role is paid the same without adjusting for locality. The salary for this position is $150,000 to $175,000 depending on leveling.
