About You …

You are a dynamic, results-oriented leader who can drive positive change, promote a culture of excellence, and deliver tangible improvements in maintenance operations, ultimately contributing to the overall success of our ceramic tile factory.

Maintenance Management Experience:

• Proven track record of at least 5-7 years in a senior maintenance management role within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the ceramics or similar industry.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a diverse team of maintenance technicians, including performance management, training, and skill development.

• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining efficient inventory management systems and processes.
• Experience in optimizing spare parts inventory to minimize downtime while controlling costs.
• Ability to develop and execute strategies for inventory accuracy improvement.

• Extensive experience with CMMS software (e.g., Maximo, SAP PM, Maintenance Connection, Fiix) to schedule and track maintenance activities.
• Capability to customize CMMS reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor maintenance performance.

• Strong understanding of work order management, prioritization, and scheduling.
• Ability to ensure timely and efficient execution of preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.

• Proficient in tracking and analyzing labor utilization, including downtime analysis and resource allocation optimization.
• Experience implementing labor productivity improvement initiatives.

• Demonstrated success in planning and managing maintenance-related capital projects.
• Ability to create project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Proven experience in managing the installation and commissioning of industrial machinery.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to machinery installation.

• Familiarity with electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems commonly found in the industry.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Leadership ability to motivate, inspire, and manage a team toward achieving departmental goals.

• Knowledge of relevant safety and environmental regulations, including OSHA and EPA requirements.
• Experience in ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards within the maintenance department.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions to optimize maintenance processes and resource allocation.

• Proven ability to manage maintenance budgets and control costs while maximizing equipment reliability and performance.

• A bachelor's degree in engineering, maintenance management, or a related field is preferred, although relevant experience may substitute for formal education.

• Relevant certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) would be advantageous.
