Fine Point Consulting is Hiring a Marketing specialist Near Madison, WI

The Marketing Specialist's role involves creating marketing campaigns and implementing strategies that elevate our brand to clients, prospects, and potential employees .

This includes creating marketing content, managing campaigns, designing marketing materials, maintaining websites and social media accounts, and monitoring initiatives to report on results.

Fine Point Consulting provides a complete range of accounting, CFO, and HR services to startups, and businesses in a variety of industries.

Reports to : Executive Team

Responsibilities :

  • Contributes to development and implementation of marketing plans, and establishes goals and objectives to reach our target market.
  • Assist in planning and executing engaging marketing campaigns for accounting, CFO, and HR services as well as branding Fine Point as an employer.
  • Create compelling marketing content, from blog posts to email campaigns, showcasing your writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Administer and maintain CRM system, establish processes, and understand the client journey to develop goals and KPI's.
  • Set up and manage digital marketing campaigns, ensuring maximum impact and engagement.
  • Design visually stunning marketing materials, including brochures, social media graphics, and more, using graphic design software.
  • Coordinate the delivery of marketing collateral and graphic design projects, both physical and digital.
  • Support the maintenance of websites and social media accounts, handling content, scheduling posts, and addressing technical aspects.
  • Conduct research to gather valuable insights into industry trends, competitors, and target audience behavior.
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Fine Point and our services.

Qualifications :

  • Associate's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience in marketing (digital and traditional)
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems, and content management systems
  • Hands on experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools
  • Demonstrated prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Proven record of problem-solving / analysis ability.
  • Excellent communication skills : both verbal and written.
  • Team player with a positive 'can do' approach.
  • Background in professional services is preferred.

Competitive Compensation and Benefits :

  • Salary range $52,000-75,000 (full or part-time based on experience)
