Overview

We are searching for a Systems Administrator who is not just adept but excels in the realms of Juniper SRX, Extreme XOS, and Azure Network administration. This role is central to our IT infrastructure, ensuring servers, networks, and desktop services are operational and optimized. The ideal candidate will be deeply entrenched in both Linux and Windows platforms, primarily focusing on Juniper SRX and Extreme XOS certifications, Azure Network administration, and the execution of critical job duties.

Hybrid: Four (4) days per week in-office, One (1) day remote

Responsibilities

● Manage Juniper SRX: Your expertise in this area will support our network's success.● Manage Extreme XOS operations: Certification in Extreme XOS is preferred.● Lead Azure Network Administration: Secure, maintain, and deploy resources with best- in-class practices, ensuring our cloud infrastructure is second to none.● Oversee and configure infrastructure systems, especially Windows/Linux servers, VMWare vSphere, and HPE SimpliVity.● Safeguard and enhance workstation-related services.● Design and implement robust data backup and recovery strategies.● Formulate and maintain a business continuity and disaster recovery blueprint.● Manage Active Directory and Group Policy, providing top-tier support.● Oversee network infrastructure, spotlighting platforms like ExtremeOS, Aruba, and Cisco Meraki.● Audit and fortify the security and integrity of our IT framework.● Draft, update, and champion IT infrastructure documentation.● Collaborate with external vendors, ensuring we always have the most efficient and cost-effective business solutions.● Engage in special projects and additional tasks as the need arises.● Off-hour work may be required to address critical needs or operational demands.

Qualifications

Minimum Experience● Network administration: A minimum of 5 years experience in network support and management, including firewalls, switches, routers, and controllers.● Juniper SRX: At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Juniper SRX is essential. Your expertise in this domain will be foundational to our network's success.● Extreme XOS: At least 2 years of experience in Extreme XOS, showcasing your skill and our network's resilience.● Azure Network Administration: 3 years of in-depth experience in Azure Network Administration, shaping our cloud's future and ensuring its robustness.● A cumulative minimum of 8 years in IT, with a predominant focus on system and network administration & operations.● 6 years of proficiency in Windows Server Administration, especially in areas like active directory and group policy management.● 3 years of demonstrated capability in managing VMware cluster and HPE SimpliVity environments.

Preferred Experience● Experience managing VMWare Cluster environment, including Esxi, vSphere, and Vcenter running on HPE SimpliVity fabric.● Working with A/S400 servers● Experience with Linux network administration and operating systems● Managing backups and restores using HPE SimpliVity backup software and tape libraries.● Management of relational databases.● Management of Web Proxy Apache web servers.● Business-oriented attitude to provide a responsive service to both internal and external parties.● An excellent problem-solver, able to quickly grasp complex systems and identify opportunities for improvement and resolution of critical issues.● Ability and a strong willingness to learn different/new technologies.● Ability to document changes in procedures and policies in response to changing ITinfrastructure and ensure timely business support.

Salary Range: $86,197-$110,00

*At FILA USA, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
