Responsibilities:
We are looking for someone with strong presentation skills. We expect you to be able to professionally present our unique value proposition convincingly, and not shy away from asking for a commitment. Success will be measured in the number of clients and the number of times you or the company are asked to respond to a disaster, where Concrafts services are needed.
While many people may possess the necessary sales skills, we will only consider those who align with our core values. We are unwilling to compromise on the following values: Trustworthiness, Empathy, Communication Skills, Accountability, and Teamwork.
Identify new opportunities for Concraft through discovery/probe meetings
Continually develop existing relationships with clients
Serve as a liaison between the client and our organization
Plan for and achieve sales targets
Daily CRM updates
Work as a team with other stakeholders
Qualifications:
Persistent while being respectful, able to have hard conversations and push back where appropriate while delivering constructive feedback
Social and pleasant and able to build relationships quickly and in various environments with people at all career levels
