What We Offer

We are seeking energetic, motivated, and articulate team players to join our sales team as inbound sales development reps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for following up, calling, prospecting, and qualifying leads. Qualified candidates should be self-starters with proven track records of success in their professional and personal or collegiate lives. They should be excited about SaaS and customer service and have an interest in joining a fast-paced organization.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Generate client appointments and sales leads by making 100 calls daily to set qualified appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage, organize and update contact database.
  • Create and manage new client and broker relationships.

Requirements

  • Active listener with the ability to gather customer requirements and connect them to a solution
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Demonstrated success in meeting monthly targets

Work Environment

We can be pretty boisterous. Attire is business casual.

  • We are currently working a hybrid schedule. We are in the office Mon - Wed and work remote Thu/Fri.. All employees must be located in commuting distance to our Dallas, TX or Orange County, CA office; applicants outside of this location will not be considered. The hybrid schedule is subject to change based on the needs of the company.
