Our restaurant is seeking a friendly and welcoming Host/Hostess to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities:

- Greet guests and escort them to their tables

- Manage restaurant seating to optimize capacity and wait times

- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations

- Provide menus and answer any questions about the menu or restaurant

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/hostess stand and lobby area

- Assist with other duties as assigned by management
