Overview:

We are seeking friendly and outgoing individuals to join our team as Hosts/Hostesses. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience. Duties:

- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome

-Expo and 3rd party to go orders

- Seat guests and manage the flow of the dining area

- Assist in answering phone calls and taking reservations

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station

- Provide accurate wait times and manage guest expectations

- Collaborate with servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations

- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

- Assist in maintaining a neat and welcoming entrance area

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is preferred

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

- Strong phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Knowledge of shopkeep/lightspeed POS system is a plus

- Ability to work well within a team and collaborate effectively

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Please note that this position requires standing for long periods of time and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds.
