Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant
- Input online orders into
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
- Enter orders into the POS system
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to guests
- Check on guests throughout their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Process payment transactions accurately using the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in guest relations or guest services preferred
- Familiarity with POS system is a plus
- Strong hospitality skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work weekends, and holidays as needed
