Job Title: Oyster Shucker

We are seeking an experienced Oyster Shucker to join our team. As an Oyster Shucker, you will be responsible for preparing fresh oysters for our customers. You will work in a fast-paced environment and will be expected to work quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

- Shuck and prepare fresh oysters for customers

- Ensure all oysters are properly cleaned and presented well

- Keep work area clean and organized

- Assist customers with any questions they may have about oysters

- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements

- Previous experience in oyster shucking or seafood preparation preferred but not required

- Knowledge of different types of oysters and their flavor profiles

- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

- Attention to detail and a focus on presentation

- Good communication skills and a friendly attitude

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
