Position Summary

FedData Technology Solutions, LLC (FDTS) is seeking a GREENWAY Subject Matter Expert. This position will provide advice and guidance on the planning, design, architecture, technical and/or acquisition strategies, proposal writing, proposal review, and color team reviews associated with a GREENWAY GES recompete. In addition, the position may be asked to review FedData Technology Solutions initiatives associated with GREENWAY and the predecessor contract, GROUNDBREAKER, including initiatives with partners and teammates. In addition, the position will provide advice on potential products or solutions that FDTS is considering entering into an agreement with to market to current/potential customers.

Essential Job Functions

• Conduct in-depth technical reviews, cost assessments and management of proposals.• Guide proposal submissions at a senior level.• Analyze Requests for Proposals.• Communicate internal and external requirements.• Coordinate proposal strategy sessions, risk and technical reviews.• Oversee execution of plans and content to help ensure client success.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required. • Candidate must have an active (TS/SCI) clearance• Bachelor’s degree in a business field required. • Must have at least 10 years of experience proposal management.• Must have at least 10 years of experience leading business development and marketing initiatives.• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.• Advanced presentation skills.• Strong project management skills.• Proficiency in consulting, negotiating, and facilitation of technical capability requirements.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Intermediate level experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint.

Desired/Preferred Skills:• In-depth knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and other federal procurement regulations.• Federal government proposal management, volume lead, support, and/or writing.

Working Conditions:Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, however some extended or weekend hours may be required. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.Physical Requirements:May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs. Requires intermittent standing, walking, sitting, squatting, stretching and bending throughout the work day.Background Screening/Check/Investigation:Successful Completion of a Background Screening/Check/Investigation will be required as a condition of hire.Employment Type : Part-time / Non-ExemptBenefits: This position is not eligible for health nor leave benefits.
