Independent Software is Hiring a Subject Matter Expert SIGINT, Level 3 Near Annapolis, MD

What you will be doing!As a Subject Matter Expert SIGINT, Level 3, you will be responsible to analyze, track and identify industry trends, technologies, constraints and priorities regarding current and projected SIGINT strategies, solutions, and challenges.Requirements:

Provides SIGINT Development (SIGDEV) analytic support to optimize and develop assigned
DSP Algorithms; MATLAB, C, C , Linux, PYTHON
Provides analysis of module/model output from signals of interest to allow creation of follow on processes
Independently designs and implements software modules in MATLAB or other similar design
Directs implementation of sub-modules necessary for processing signals of interest.
Experience with Continuous Integration
Develops novel approaches for utilizing COTS and GOTS systems for creating processing
solutions outside the intended use.
Manage activities involved with SIGINT Development (SIGDEV)

Education and Experience

Ten (10) years experience with SIGINT Development analytic support. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science from an accredited college or university. In lieu of a degree an additional four (4) years of experience may be substituted.
