NorthWest Auto Salon is a small business in Lynnwood, Washington, that has focused on providing only the best to our customers for 16 years, and we are looking to add to our team. We are professional, engaging, and collaborative, and our goal is to deliver outstanding, innovative Automotive Customization Services, including vinyl wrapping, tinting, and paint protection film installation. We are looking for installers who want to grow personally and professionally with our team.

We are currently seeking an experienced installer to join our team. The installer is responsible for installing Vinyl on client-provided vehicles. This includes both Commercial and Color Change Installations. The installer must be knowledgeable of all major name-brand materials such as 3M, Avery, Oracal, Suntek, and Xpel films and their installation pre and post-application processes. The installer must have a keen eye for detail, as precision and accuracy are crucial to ensure the final product meets the client's expectations. This position requires a serious commitment to quality products, customer satisfaction, and excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

As a vinyl wrap installer, your responsibilities may include but aren't limited to the following:

• Preparing surfaces for installation by cleaning and prepping the area to ensure proper adhesion of the vinyl.
• Measure and cut the vinyl material to the appropriate size and shape for the installation area.
• Applying the vinyl graphics and wraps to the surfaces using various techniques, such as wet or dry application methods.
• Trimming excess vinyl and ensuring the edges are smooth and seamless.
• Inspecting the finished product to ensure it meets the client's expectations and specifications.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment and tools used for installation.
• Communicating with clients and coworkers to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues or concerns that arise during the installation process.
• Overall, a vinyl wrap installer must be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently or as part of a team. They must also have the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under tight deadlines.

Requirements:

• Applicant must have 2 years experience  minimum
• driver's license
• reliable transportation

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
