Position Summary

The Junior Integration Technician internship is an introduction to integration of IT equipment per customer’s requirements; to include, racking & stacking, component level troubleshooting/repair, cabling, networking and data center technologies. In addition this person will interact with FDTS Salesforce team as the POC from Engineering to discuss requirements and potentially implement them.

Essential Job Functions

•Acquire the knowledge necessary to document, rack/stack assemble equipment,testing and delivering the final product for shipping.

•Acquire the knowledge to use Salesforce.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• Due to the nature of this position and the information that employees will be required to access, U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Must have a minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Familiar with ERP operation & implementation
• Basic understanding of Electronic Information Systems (EIS)
• The ability to perform a variety of tasks across a wide spectrum or areas
• Ability to document problem resolution summaries and repetitive tasks interfacesthrough online ticketing system.
• Proficient in MS Office products

Working Conditions:Work is typically based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Business work hours are normally set from Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm. Additional details on the precise hours will be informed to the candidate from the Program Manager/Hiring Manager.Physical Requirements:May be required to lift and carry items weighting up to 25 lbs.
