WHAT YOUR DAY ENTAILS

As an Intensive Case Manager, you'll be at the forefront of providing comprehensive substance abuse assessments and case management services to formerly incarcerated clients of the IMPACT program. Your day-to-day will involve thorough assessments, client orientation, treatment planning, clinical intervention, group facilitation, and crisis management. Your role goes beyond paperwork; you'll be the advocate clients need, coordinating with families and other agencies, ensuring seamless access to the right resources, and maintaining impeccable recordkeeping. QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR INTENSIVE CASE MANAGER

• Bachelor's or master's degree in social work or a relevant field, such as psychology, vocational rehabilitation, or occupational rehabilitation
• Credentialed Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Counselor (CASAC) certification
• Strong writing skills

Being bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus!
