FC50 Fitness is Hiring a Sales Account Executive Near Pleasanton, CA

Looking to fill sales positions to establish local B2B referral partnerships within the health & wellness industry in the east bay region. Successful local partnerships will foster a win-win situation for both parties, which in turn will enable lasting referral opportunities for FC50 's diverse set of fitness services . This position can lead to annual pay up to six figures a year through our commission & bonus driven pay structure that has no ceiling. This is a sales commission, bonus and residual only compensation position - there is no salary with this position. We want marketing and sales leaders with a passion for fitness who enjoy helping others.

Applicants must have a flexible schedule, reliable transportation for outside marketing, and great attitude!

You will work with the General Manager to meet and exceed business goals. Customer Service and Sales experience required. Fitness experience is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years of B2B sales/partnership experience (preferred) working with small to mid-sized businesses
  • Must have Excellent verbal communication skills for phone and face to face interactions. Making outbound phone calls is an essential part of the position.
  • Excellent written communication skills including texting and email.
  • Goal-oriented with desire to meet sales goals in all offerings including memberships, private training, and retail.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers and in the public community.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Professional and neat in appearance with an engaging attitude.
  • Experience with the Mindbody platform in the design and implementation of email and communication campaigns and use of marketing automation tools (preferred)
  • Ability to take initiative in driving sales and overall operations in the absence of management.
  • The ability to be adaptable and evolve in an ever-changing environment.
  • Positive attitude, desire to learn, ability to take constructive feedback and wanting to grow from it are vital to succeed in this environment.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify local businesses in various industry verticals and organize daily/weekly call lists to reach prospects.
  • Setup personal training referral programs with local businesses that will reward them every time a client referral is sent to us
  • Establish a relationship while assessing client needs and presenting appropriate services as well as follow up and retention of clients. Email and in-person meetings are often necessary as follow up mediums
  • Perform lead generation activities as required, could be at events outside of the studio
  • Provide excellent customer service via face to face interaction, phone calls and response to VMs and emails, same day when possible, and escalating issues to the Manager as needed.
  • Take initiative in the absence of the Management.
  • Problem solve and execute tasks and responsibilities in a professional manner with clients, colleagues and management, even in conflict.

Pay: $33,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
