General Job Description
Cheetah (gocheetah.com) is looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Account Executive to be responsible for all sales activities and sales associate job duties, from lead generation through to close. The successful candidate will be able to elevate company standards, achieve sales goals and meet clients expectations. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers’ needs and provide assistance and information on service features
“Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Maintain knowledge of stock items and details of options
Remain knowledgeable on products offering and discuss available options
Own the full sales cycle from cold call to app download to orders 1-4
Prospect and identify the best high volume potential Cheetah fit customers to drive new client acquisition
Connect with high-level decision makers in large independent restaurants and SMBs to onboard them to Cheetah
Identify blockers and solutions to get these customers to order all key categories from Cheetah on a weekly basis
Consistently achieve 100% of quota or above closing new high revenue customers to Cheetah
Build the framework for how Cheetah acquires high revenue customers via inside sales methodology
Design, develop, and iterate on Cheetah’s consultative approach to grow customer spend
You Have/Are
Experience working in restaurants is preferred
You’re self motivated and get things done
You think by putting yourself in the shoes of the user
You are very analytical and communicate clearly
You are comfortable getting your hands dirty
You’re passionate about restaurants and small businesses and committed to building a powerhouse from the ground up
You’re looking to learn a lot VERY quickly and make a HUGE impact on a growing sales team
Coachable, flexible and self-motivated. You can hit the ground running, and your drive to succeed is off the charts!
An excellent communicator with professional phone and in-person skills.

Salary: $50,000 to 60,000
